It’s Happening — Thanks to you!

Dear Shoppers, 

The General Contractor was chosen (Mark Kissner Construction), the lease was finalized, bank loans obtained — and construction has begun! Old walls have been torn down and new walls have been built, refrigeration equipment is arriving and new entrance doors have been installed. Wow!

If you were able to attend the annual meeting last week you heard the news that City Center Market closed our 2024-25 fiscal year with sales of $6.1million — a 28.5% increase over last fiscal year! And get this — when our budget was originally prepared for this project, sales for 2024-25 were projected to be $5.5million. We blew that projection out of the water!

We are only $26,500 from our owner investment goal of $500,000! We are thankful to all of you — our 88 individual owner investors, our 8 business investors, those who have rounded up at the register for our expansion, and our shoppers for supporting us. 

We’re looking for those people who want to get in on this great project and help us meet that goal. If you know of anyone — please send them our way! Watch social media for more pictures and we’ll be updating you more often as construction progresses.
