Owner Investment Program 
Investing in a local natural food cooperative can be a wise decision for several reasons. It is not only a sound financial decision, but also a way to contribute to the well-being of your community and support values that are important to you! While financial returns may not be as high, or as immediate as investing in large corporations, investing in a cooperative can still provide a reasonable return on investment. Profits generated by a co-op are either reinvested back into the business or distributed to owners in the form of dividends.
Owner Loans
Owners can make a loan to City Center Market. Loans must be in the amount of $2,000 or more, and will earn an interest rate that varies with the amount and term of the loan. The interest rate may be selected by the Lender within the limits set forth below. The term of the loan will vary from five (5) or ten (10) or more years, depending on the Lender’s preference. Loan amounts of $50,000 or more may be at interest rates and terms mutually agreed upon the owner and Co-op.
