City Center Market Owners and Shoppers, 
Wow! As of December 9, 38 owners have invested a total of $172,350 in our expansion project! Thank you very much to each of you who have taken that step. There are even quite a few more of you who have requested investment packets and are considering that step. We hope to reach $230,000 by the end of December! We’re looking to collect quotes from owners to include in a brochure or other publicity materials. Whether or not you’ve already invested, we’d love to hear from you! If, by any chance, you’re still not sure expansion is the right idea — guess what? City Center Market is the 4th fastest growing co-op in the country. In November, sales grew at an astonishing 42.2% and we enrolled 33 new owners! We are ready to do this.
