Welcome to City Center Market & Cafe!
~ Cooking At the Co-op ~
‘Tis the season for brunches – Easter, Mother’s Day, graduations, weddings! We’ll make Omelette Pinwheels, gluten-free blueberry pie, and more!
Looking for alternatives to the hot-dogs, potato salad-chips picnic menu? Join our Deli staff with their gril to make delicious kebabs (meat and vegie style) and strawberry shortcake. Take home your extras and the recipes for your summer picnics!
Both classes are $30 for CCM member/owners, $35 for non-members. Space is very limited – sign up today! Pre-registration is required and payment is due at registration.
Watch for our Farm to Table cooking class series this summer. Join our Deli staff at a local farmer’s home for a delicious meal right from the garden!
Did you know that our Deli will cater your lunch meetings and parties? Pick up a Catering Menu at the Co-op and give us a call! You can order straight from the menu, or talk to us about your special requests.
~ Movies at the Co-op ~
Let’s learn together about the food we eat and the food we want to eat! Come to City Center Café for a movie the first Monday night of each month. We’ll watch a movie and have a brief discussion. We’ll provide the popcorn!
Put these Monday nights on your calendar:
Monday, May 5, 6:30 pm – movie to be determined
Monday, June 2, 6:30 pm – movie to be determined
Come in and chat with these local farmers who will be supplying the Co-op with produce this summer. Find out how they could also supply you with CSA boxes!
• Sapsucker Farms, Mora • Uproot Farm, Princeton
• Crazy Boy Farm, Rush City • Outstanding in Our Field, Isanti
• Naples Acres, Cambridge
Join us in helping take care of this beautiful and amazing planet we live on! Watch for sales on earth-friendly cleaning products, organic produce, organic garden seeds, bulk foods, reusable bags, and more! Bring in your own shopping bags and receive 10cents credit for each bag you use that day.
Watch for sales on many of the Fair Trade products in our Co-op! Come to the Café from 1-2 pm to hear about our GoGMOFree Project – our work to identify and eliminate as many products from our store as possible that may contain GMOs.
