Farmers Market
WANTED: BOARD CANDIDATES
Deadline: August 15

We’re looking for engaged owners to help us set long-term goals for the co-op, develop policies and provide oversight for the co-op’s governance system, and act as trustees on behalf of the ownership.

The position requires a minimal commitment of 4-8 hours a month, and terms are for 3 years.

Candidate information and our application form are available in the store or can be mailed or emailed upon request. The deadline for candidate applications is August 15. Candidate interviews will take place until August 31, and the Board will approve the election slate on September 16.

If you’d like to learn more about the Board of Directors, have coffee with a Board member! Mike Mueller, our Board President, will be in the store on Monday, July 7 from 6-8pm and Saturday, July 12 from 9-11 am. Other Board members will be available throughout the month, and those times will be posted as they are scheduled. Also, you can click here to read about the Board’s responsibilities and how it works.
