Welcome to City Center Market & Cafe!
This month City Center Market joins the Twin Cities co-ops to collect food for our local food shelves. We’ll be collecting food – of all kinds – and monetary donations here at the Co-op for the Family Pathways Food Pantry. Our goal is 500 – in pounds and dollars. Let’s do our part to ensure that everyone in our community has enough to eat!
~ Cooking At the Co-op ~
You don’t have to wait until spring to enjoy this delicious Asian secret! Join us to learn the techniques of making spring rolls. We provide the ingredients, you get to practice making them, eating them and then take home your leftovers!
‘Tis the season for brunches – Easter, Mother’s Day, graduations, weddings! We’ll make Omelette Pinwheels, gluten-free blueberry pie, and more!
Both classes are $30 for CCM member/owners, $35 for non-members. Space is very limited – sign up today! Pre-registration is required and payment is due at registration.
~ Movies at the Co-op ~
Let’s learn together about the food we eat and the food we want to eat! Come to City Center Café for a movie the first Monday night of each month. We’ll watch a movie and have a brief discussion. We’ll provide the popcorn!
Put these Monday nights on your calendar:
Monday, May 5, 6:30 pm – movie to be determined
Monday, June 2, 6:30 pm – movie to be determined
